Shipping & Returns

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read through these terms carefully before placing your order.
SHIPPING:  Please check the delivery address details to make sure they are correct prior to placing an order as this is the address to which the order will be sentNO PO BOXES PLEASE!  If you do use a PO BOX and for any reason your order is rejected by the PO BOX, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge to resend the order to a new, physical street address.  Once an order is placed, the Shipping Address cannot be changed as all packaging and shipping is performed by our third party Fulfillment Center.  If an order is returned to us due to insufficient address details, or wrong address, PO BOX, etc., we will resend the order and an extra handling fee and shipping fee will apply.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:  Books, Shadow Shaper with Case, any and all Kits, Buy One Get One Free purchases, and any Sales or Sales Items; all of these are FINAL SALES!  No returns or exchanges are permitted whatsoever on these items.
RETURN POLICY:  Please read the Return Policy in full before emailing Customer Service.  To receive a refund you must follow the guidelines outlined below.
  1. If your order/product does not fall into the above “WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS” category, and you wish to make a return, You MUST obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from in order to be considered for a return of your product(s).  The request for an RMA number must be made within ten (10) days of the original delivery date.  To obtain an RMA number, please email with your order information and description of the issue, along with a statement that your product(s) are UNOPENED, UNTESTED and UNUSED and that your return complies with this Return Policy.  WE CANNOT TAKE BACK ANY OPENED, TESTED OR USED PRODUCT(S).
  2. Place the RMA# on the outside of the package and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address provided to you by Customer Service.  Without the return number we CANNOT issue a refund.
  3. You must obtain a Tracking Confirmation Number from the Post Office and provide it to Customer Service at the time you ship the package back.  Without providing us with a Tracking Number, we CANNOT guarantee the return, or issue a refund.
  4. All qualified returns must be UNOPENED, UNTESTED and UNUSED in order to receive a refund.  Any product that does not arrive back to our Fulfillment Center UNOPENED, UNTESTED and UNUSED condition will be returned to you, at your expense.
  5. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and completed a full inspection of the product(s) to ensure that it meets all of the requirements as outlined in this Return Policy, we will issue you a credit in the same manner as your original payment, however, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. (see below for shipping and restocking costs)
 *The authorized return must be packed in the original shipping box along with all of the original packaging materials and must be received by our fulfillment center in the same manner in which it was received with no broken pieces or parts (it must be in NEW CONDITION, UNOPENED, UNTESTED and UNUSED).
 ** We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the product is defective as solely determined by our customer service department.  You understand and agree that some orders could take up to 60 days to ship. However, if the product is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee (of product at full price) plus original Shipping & Handling charges (if applicable), plus any and all actual costs incurred by us.  This fee will be taken out of the refund issued, if any.
